GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RESERVATION

To make out a reservation, fill out the form that is displayed on the screen and click on Reserve. Pay the full bill when you make the reservation by making a transfer or bank deposit in one of the following accounts in the name of Villas Playa Hermosa S.A.

All payments must be made in advance so you need to pay 100% one month before check-in, which is the only way to finalize the reservation.

If you cancel a reservation, there are no refunds whatsoever. You may change the date of your stay (subject to availability) so long as you request doing so by email three weeks in advance. Exceptions include Easter week, Christmas week, the last week of the year, New Year’s Day and the first week of the new year, which must be changed 8 weeks in advance.

GENERAL LODGING CONDITIONS

The rates do NOT include the 16.39% taxes. Additional people will be charged a set fee. No pets of any sort are allowed.
